Today, working adult students can earn an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree in an accelerated program that understands their needs and goals as well as the obstacles that lay before them. The Flexible Learning Process (FLP) is a successful alternative to the traditional college experience.

    Time
Because there is no waiting list, students can begin immediately at Career Learning Centers. Also, there is no required clinical rotation associated with CLC; hence an even more accelerated graduation date.

    Cost
By utilizing the FLP students can earn an ASN degree at a fraction of the cost when compared to traditional public or private nursing programs.

    Classes
Students generally attend only one (1) four (4) hour class a week. Classes last from 3 to 12 weeks. To accelerate completion of the program, students can take more than one class at a time.

    Instructors
All classes are taught by certified instructors with vast experience in their subject matter. The relatively small tutoring sessions at CLC allow its instructors the ability to provide focused and effective tutoring.

    CLC’s Online Supplements
Online Supplements are available to all CLC students to help ensure educational success. CLC’s Online Supplements are a uniquely effective tool that utilize relevant, instructor approved content, interactive lessons and a large bank of quizzes and practice exams. With an internet connection, the Online Supplements are available anytime and anywhere. If you don’t have a computer, feel free to use the computer lab at Career Learning Centers.

    Testing
At the conclusion of each 3-12 week long class, CLC students will have mastered the content and will be ready to successfully complete equivalency examinations, to earn college credit, at a local testing center (CLEP, Pearson or Dantes).

    ASN Degree
The successful completion of these examinations will earn college credit and ultimately an ASN degree from the degree granting institution. The degree granting institution is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools of the Commission on Higher Education (MSA-CHE) and by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC)
