Interactive Learning Guarantee

Career Learning Centers guarantees the nurse's success assuming certain

academic standards are met.  Specifically, if a nurse fails an exam taken

within thirty (30) days of the closure of a CLC class and the following

terms and conditions are met:

1.     The nurse must have attended eighty (80) percent of the scheduled

        classes.  (Arriving to a class more than thirty (30) minutes after the

        scheduled start time will be considered an absence).

2.     The nurse must pass a practice final exam with an eighty (80) percent

        or higher passing score.

If all conditions are met, CLC will provide the nurse with the following options:

        1.    The nurse may take the subject again at no additional cost within

               six (6) months of class closure.

        2.    The nurse may continue making existing payments on the Installment 

               Sales Contract and proceed to another subject; or

        3.    The nurse may elect to terminate the Installment Sales Contract after

               payment in full for the subject(s) taken, and cease payment on the

               remaining balance of the Installment Sales Contract.

There are no other guarantees, written or implied.  All conditions must be met

before this guarantee will be honored.  Career Learning Centers' guarantee does

not cover performance examination including, but not limited to CPNE.
